 Full Human Beingness

The basic work...is to become full human beings
and to inspire full human beingness in others
who feel starved about their lives.

~
Chogyam Trungpa

A radical way to freedom and fulfillment

The center supports a number of projects based upon a ground-breaking approach to personal growth and transformation.

At the heart of the work is the simple premise that deep, authentic friendship provides both context and catalyst for profound shifts in being. Anyone can learn to befriend others and thereby develop kindness and compassion. It's possible to go further — deliberately looking for the goodness, truth, and beauty in others. What's surprising is that these seemingly almost-ordinary activities can begin to evoke powerful changes in both parties.

It's nearly impossible to capture in words the extraordinary experiences that spontaneously show up when a group gathers to cultivate the full human beingness in one another.

The Center's Founder and Executive Director

Jon Littell likes to think of himself as a rebel mystic. He is fiercely devoted to discovering the extraordinary in the midst of ordinary life and to sharing this reality with others who are hungry for profound fulfillment.
